ZuZu Luxe has an amazing red lipstick “Starlet” it’s carmine free. Carmine is also known as Natural Red #4, C.I. 75470, or E120 it is made from crushed female Cochineal beetles (eeeeewww!!) Zuzu Luxe so far is the only vegan brand I found without it. They are picky about their ingridients and use herbs and mica to give it a red tint.
