Why the internet will fail (from Newsweek, 1995)

I used to hear how the internet is just a cute little niche and will amount to nothing more but a toy for nerds.

Then after that how nobody wants graphics on websites and the internet will always remain text. Same went for Flash, video, interactivity, ect.

If everyone had such a pessimistic outlook on innovation we’d still be figuring out how to make a wheel.
